The participation in the competition of encurio GmbH and Rok Entertainment GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the operator or the organizer, is free of charge and is subject exclusively to these terms of participation.
Expiration of the Contest
The duration of the sweepstakes extends from 22 August 2017, 9 am until 30th of August 2017, 23:59 clock. Anyone registering for the Valnir Rok Newsletter within this period including the name, surname and e-mail address, will automatically participate in the contest.
Participation
Necessary for participation is the newsletter registration with name, first name and e-mail address on our website www.valnir.net/gewinnspiel. Participation is only possible within the above mentioned participation period. All registrations made before or after the participation decision will not be taken into account during the draw. Only one submitted registration per participant participates in the raffle. It is forbidden to register with multiple e-mail addresses to increase profit opportunities. Participation in the contest is free of charge.
Eligible
Persons eligible to participate are natural persons who have completed their residence within the EU and the age of 18. Participation in the competition is not dependent on the purchase of a product or service.
In the event of a participant’s limited ability to work, the consent of his / her legal representative is required.
All persons and employees of the organizer, as well as their family members who are involved in the conception and implementation of the contest, are excluded from participating in the contest. In addition, the organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from the participation at his own discretion if there are justifiable reasons, for example
(a) in the event of any manipulation related to access to or performance of the contest; (b) any breach of these Terms of Participation; (c) in the case of unfair action; or (d) in the case of false or misleading information relating to participation in the Sweepstake.
Profit, notification and transmission of profit
The following prizes are awarded:

Price: 1 x Signed Sigurd Series by Giles Kristian or 1 x Signed Raven Series by Giles Kristian (randomly triggered) 3. Price: One of 10 Valnir Rok Steamkeys The winners will be determined after Tuesday, August 30, 2017, 23:59, according to the participation principle, by random draw. After the draw, the winners will be promptly informed by e-mail. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or his legal representative. The prize can not be collected, exchanged or paid in cash. Any costs arising from the sending of the profits will be borne by the operator. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any possible taxation of the prize. If the winner does not report within two weeks after a twofold request, the prize can be transferred to another participant.
Termination of the Competition
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without notification of reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons which would interfere with or prevent the scheduled performance of the prize draw.
Disclaimer
The organizer is not liable for indirect or direct damages resulting from the participation in the contest or for the lack of access to the competition, unless the damage is due to gross negligence or willful action, which is the responsibility of the organizer.
Privacy Protection
In order to participate in the competition, it is necessary to provide personal data. The participant assures that all the information he has provided to the person is true and correct. The data given is used exclusively for the purpose of the raffle draw and the receipt of the newsletters.
The organizer expressly points out that all personal data of the participant are neither passed on to third parties without agreement or are left to the user for their use. An exception is the companies and sponsors (providing the prizes), which the personal data for the performance of the profit play need. These may collect, save and use the specified data for the purposes of profit execution and profit transfer.
In the case of a prize, the winner agrees to the publication of his name in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the website of the operator and its social media platforms.
The participant can revoke his declared consent at any time. The revocation must be addressed in writing to the contact details of the organizer stated in the imprint of the Valnir Rok website. Once the consent has been withdrawn, the collected and stored personal data of the participant are immediately deleted.

Applicable Law
In the context of the competition, questions or complaints are to be addressed to the operator. Contact possibilities can be found in the imprint. The competition of the operator is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal process is excluded.
Severance Clause
Should a provision of these terms of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of these terms of participation will remain unaffected. Instead of the ineffective provision, the legally permissible regulation which comes closest to the sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision applies. The same applies in the event of a regulatory gap in these terms of participation.
